Frédéric Vincent is Chairman and CEO of Nexans since May 26, 2009, and was previously Chief Operating Officer of Nexans. After joining Alcatel in 1986, Frédéric Vincent integrated the Cables and Components sector in 1989, where he was appointed in 1994 Deputy Managing Director (Administration and Finance) of Alcatel's undersea telecommunications activities, and in 1997 of Saft, Alcatel's batteries activity. From 1978 to 1985 he was a member of a major audit firm.
Gianpaolo Caccini is Chairman of Assovetro, Association of Italian Glass Manufacturers. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Saint-Gobain, JM Huber Corporation*, Saint-Gobain Corporation* and Nybron Flooring International*.
Jean-Marie Chevalier is professor of Economics at the University of Paris IX Dauphine and Director of Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA, American strategy advice company in Energy, Paris office).

Gérard Hauser was Chairman and CEO of Nexans from October 17, 2000 until May 26, 2009. He is Member of the Board of Directors of Alstom, Ipsen, Stromboli, Technip. He remains Member of the Board of Directors of Nexans until the next Shareholders' Meeting in 2010.

Guillermo Luksic Craig is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quiñenco, a business conglomerate listed in Chile, of which he is also a shareholder. He is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the Chilean companies Madeco, CCU, CNT Telefónica del Sur, and Viña San Pedro. Since 2001, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Banco de Chile. In 2005, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Antofagasta plc, a London-based Chilean mining company with extensive investments in Chile. He is member of and advisor to management bodies of various nonprofit organizations, including the Ena Craig foundation and the Centro de Estudios Publico. He is also a trustee of the Finis Terrae University in Chile.
Ervin Rosenberg is Advisor to the Chairman of Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild Banque. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Carbone Lorraine, Member of the Supervisory Board of Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild Banque, LCF Rothschild Financial Services, Mobility Saint Honoré and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Financière Savoisienne.
Nicolas de Tavernost is Chairman of the M6 Group. He is also Director of Série Club, TF6, Paris Première, SND and the Girondins de Bordeaux football club, all of which companies are part of the M6 Group. Outside the M6 Group, a member of the Supervisory Board of RTL, a Director of Antena 3 (Spain) and President of the Association of European Commercial Television (ACT).
