Applications

 

These wires combine the advantages of strictly halogen free, fire retardant, low smoke fume with a high performance insulation system

They are recommended for high temperature applications in railway vehicles to transfer the power or in switch panel. Current carrying capacity acc. to EN 50343. Cabling rules acc. to EN 50355.

 

Construction

  1. Conductor :
    Flexible stranded tinned copper. Class 5 acc. to IEC 60228. Covered with separator tape.

     
  2. Insulation :
    Special cross-linked, halogen free. Silicone rubber.
     
  3. Screen :
    No
     
  4. Outer sheath :
    Special cross-linked, halogen free. Silicone rubber.

Bending factor when dynamic installed : 5D

Operating surroundings temperature: -40°C~115°C
