Applications

These wires combine the advantages of strictly halogen free, fire retardant, low smoke fume with a high performance insulation system.

They are recommended for extra high temperature applications in railway vehicles to transfer the power . Current carrying capacity acc. to EN 50343. Cabling rules acc. to EN 50355

 

Construction

  1. Conductor :
    Flexible stranded tinned copper. Class 5 acc. to IEC 60228. Covered with separator tape

     
  2. Insulation :
    Special cross-linked, halogen free. Silicone rubber
     
  3. Screen :
    No
     
  4. Outer sheath :
    Special cross-linked, halogen free. Silicone rubber

Bending factor when dynamic installed : 5D

Operating surroundings temperature: -40°C~115°C
